Do not use this company if you care about your artwork!
I took a limited edition/signed print to these idiots a couple of years ago and I specifically told them to NOT glue the print to the matting as I planned to remove it from the frame later on. I asked the owner/framer if he understood this and he said "yes" it was no problem, he would not glue it down.
This print has since gone up in value significantly and I wanted to sell it. Upon trying to remove it from the frame I noticed the it is completely glued to the matting and it's impossible to remove! They were dishonest and RUINED my print. There are other, better and cheaper framers in the neighbourhood, who actually care about artwork.
The lady who owns this shop is awesome, but she has a guy working for her who has a serious case of entitlement. It's hard to believe he hasn't been fired yet; every time I've been unfortunate enough to receive service from this guy it's been the same smarmy bad attitude and rudeness. I'm trying to find another place near Ronces where I can get posters done.
The staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have made seat height adjustments and filled up my tires on the spot for no charge at all.
They also have very good used bikes for good prices, which is hard to find. I have 3 kids, so being able to trade in their old bikes and buy used ones is much better than shelling out for brand new bikes for each of them every couple of years.
