Harmony palotes and yoga on Ronces commissioned a graphic designer on Roncesvalles to create logo, business sign, and brochure to represent harmony palotes and yoga. After many hours of work on the designers part the owner of HY&P took the art work and used it. When the designer asked to be paid for the agreed upon fee for the art work, she was told to **** off! WOW! do we really need dishonest business owners on roncesvalles ripping off other hard working, honest business professionals on such a great street??

Ya, well she's ripped-off a lot of people on Roncesvalles. She's basically a scammer or crook. Noticed a "For Rent" sign by her front door, so maybe she's being run out of town. Hope so. Hey, what goes around - comes around.

The woman who runs HP&Y actually told my friend, and i quote: "I'm so sick of the fat, lazy, needy, middle-aged women in this neighborhood who expect me to baby sit them". She needs to be in a different business. I'd never go there.

Geez that's awful. Has the artist been paid since then? Did she get an agreement in writing? I'd be taking this "lady" to small claims court for sure.

Hmm, I think I know who the "artist" is...she's actually been scamming her way around Roncy for a couple of years now; taking deposits and begging off, or simply not delivering the goods. I doubt that any of these posts are legitimate. Sounds more like blackmail to me!

Hmm, nice try. you are the only scammer on Roncy. that's why your palotes business is out of business. if the goods weren't delivered...how did you use them?? you didn't pay for a job someone worked very hard on, and then you had the nerve to use the design anyway. we are all glad not to see your sorry face around the 'hood anymore. -what part of the city are scamming now?
