The women that owns and runs this store is awful. I called and asks for a specific product, highly important has my son suffers from an auto-immune disease and reacts to different ingredients very badly. I spent 1 hour tracking down this product to her store, I called to ensure they they carried this product, I was told yes. I sent my 13 year old son the next day to pick it up. Guess what they do not carry the product. I called back to confirm if they carry the product and she told me NO, I proceeded to say that I had called yesterday and was told yes. Then this "charming" women tells me no I did not ask for a specific brand when I had called the previous day. I assured her I did, then she proceeded to argue with me. That the best comment was "what do you want me to carry every product?", I was so taken back. I tried to explain myself and the fact that this was very important and she proceeded with Good Bye and hung up on me in mid sentence. My 13 year old received the same reaction when asking for the product initially. I have lived in this area for 13 years and have never experienced such a thing. I ask that everyone that has a child or person in there life that has a special need and understands the struggle it is to try to help them please boycott this store. I am so fed-up with service and understanding being non-existant.

I agree. One day I went in there for a product but didn't see it on the shelf. I wanted to ask the pharmacist a question. She was talking to someone so I waited and waited. She didn't even acknowledge me at all so I left.

Yeah, I went in there out of curiosity once. I went in and walked around the entire store and I never saw anyone. The place was empty - no staff and no customers.
The place struck me as terribly old-fashioned and not particularly clean or well-ordered. I left and I haven't been back.

I had a terrible experience there recently. There was a male pharmacist who may have been just filling in but he was completely out of line. He tried to tell me that there were moral issues with me taking birth control because it made me an "abortionist". I was completely shocked and disgusted that someone could be so unprofessional...and crazy. I will never go there again.
