• I cannot login. Why is that ? To login to forums, you should have a username. Not a member yet ? register here. If you already have one, but still you can't login. Then check your username and password to see if you type it correctly, or the chances are your username has been banned or deleted by the administrators due to some violations of agreement terms. • What if I lost my password ? If you lost your password, you can retrieve it by clicking here. You will provide us your username. Then check your email, which is used when you register, to receive your lost password. [top]
• Why do I have to wait for a certain amount of time before I can register another username ? In order to prevent abuse and some other security issues, we set a limit time before you can registering another username. Normally this is an interval of 60 minutes. [top]
Starting a New Topic & Posting a Reply
• I want to start a new topic! Before you can start a new topic or post a reply, you must first be a registered member. If you are a member, just go to a forum, then you will see a button like this , click on it. With some forums, new topics must approved before they are published. [top]
• How do I post a reply ? When you are viewing a topic, you will see a button like this Just click on this button. [top]
• I cannot post in a forum. What's wrong ? There are 2 main reasons for this, first, you must be a member and successfully logged in forums. If you still can't post, then the chances are the forum has been locked by the administrators. Normally you cannot post a topic in a locked forum. A locked forum is represented by this icon . [top]

• I saw TopicWatch but don't know what it is ! TopicWatch is used to keep track all the topics that you are interested in. From there, you will have a closer view of a topic, e.g. how many people have replied, or is there any new reply since your last visit... Check it out. [top]
• I want to edit my profile. When you log in successfully, you will see My Profile right on the top of the forum. [top]
• How about changing my password ? You can do so on editing your profile. [top]
Private Messages
• What does PM mean? PM stands for Private Message. This is a built-in component, which allows you to send private messages to your friend or any members on the forums. [top]
• Why can't I send a message to my friend ? Perhaps you typed your username incorrectly as it appears on member list. Another reason is the receiver has been banned or deleted from the forums due to some violations of agreement terms. Last but not least, this user chose not to be contacted by private messages. [top]
• I don't want to recieve any messages from a specific member! What can I do ? You can block any senders as you wish. When you read a message, on the upper right, you will see "Block this user". Click it, and this user will appear in your address book as blocked contact. You can unblock by unchecking the option box right next to the contact name. [top]
• I want to add a new contact to my Buddy List. What do I do. You can easily add a new contact to your Buddy List, just type your friend's username correctly. Click here to add. [top]
